Thanks for sending the pictures. They are all great. How come no birthday pictures??? The kids are getting so big, it will be exciting to see them this summer. I need to get some kind of swing for Beren here at the house. I will put Dad on that ........

Jacob and Kelly's Pictures

Kelly, thanks for posting all the pictures!!! I love the pictures of the boys helping Jacob mow the lawn. I remember those days when the kids always wanted to help and it took you twice as long to finish the job. Good job Jacob with having patience!!!
The pictures of Chase with the baby are so cute. I am glad that you put clarification in there ... cause you know what I would have been asking .....
You guys have such a cute house!! You are very lucky. I am sad that I didn't get to see it when I was out there, but seeing the pictures and taking the "tour" is great!

Beren says "thanks" Grandma & Grandpa for my Ratatouille DVD for my 7th birthday! He watchs it over and over. His favorite part is when Ratatouille falls down from the ceiling into the sink water. He has to rewind that part every time.

Beren loves to swing!!!

Beren's favorite thing is swinging (atleast right now). He loves to twirl the chain around and freak everyone out that he is going to pinch his fingers. He likes you to push him and then try to tickle him while he is swinging. He will stay on the swing for atleast an hour. It is nice to watch him and see how happy and content he is.

More Logging Pictures

Logging on the Pluid Homestead

We did some more logging at the Pluid Homestead with the help of "professionals" Megan, Jon, Justin and Jamie. Then Jamie did "reforestation" by re-planting the trees Justin dug up (he got a backhoe instead of pulling trees up by hand) and Megan carried brush to the burn pile that the sawyer (Jon) fell. Thanks to my awesome "helpers"!!! It was a fantastic day.

Josh's B-Ball tourney for PTO

Josh had his basketball jamboree for PTO (formerly Kiwanis). Jamie was the coach (and did an excellent job) and Josh was one of the key players for the game. They played 4 games (won 3 and lost 1) At times it was a little "barnyard" basketball, but it was fun. (Except Dad didn't really enjoy it that much, at one time yelled "boneheads" because they didn't use the backboard.) Some things never change!!! It was a great day, Jon was home along with Megan.
We even went over and watched a little high school baseball during and after the tourney. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining and we all got a little sunburned. I love it, it has been too long of a winter!!!
